Shareholders and Directors

Although the controlling shareholding in the Companies, amounting to 55 – 60%, is confined to the family, the Corporate’s primary strength has been to create a very dynamic network of Shareholders and Directors, who in addition to funding, also assist in keeping track of the changing trends in the market, thus enabling the Corporate to capitalise on new opportunities. The foray into the tourism business and construction industry is primarily due to the inputs from the overseas investors.

The Executive Team
